Our process is simple and straightforward:

1. INITIAL VISIT

Our process begins with a complimentary consultation to understand your vision, needs, and budget. Whether you're looking for a custom deck, fence installation, or patio design, our expert team will discuss your ideas and offer professional advice to help shape your project.

2. SITE ASSESSMENT AND PLANNING

Once we have a clear understanding of your requirements, we will conduct a thorough site assessment to evaluate the space, consider any potential challenges, and gather precise measurements. Usually, we provide an estimate on the same day or the next day.

Please understand that our visit to your address and the evaluation of the project is absolutely free and do not oblige you to take other actions, if this is not your will.

3. HOA APPROVAL & PERMITS

You don't have to worry about permits and/or inspections that are mandatory, we will take care of this for you! 

All the costs for obtaining the relevant building permits are already part of the price of the project we offer, so you don't have to worry about any extra costs.

Another extremely important moment when you choose to work with us, we will be responsible for passing the final inspections, not you!

4. INSTALLATION & COMPLETION

With your approval, our skilled craftsmen get to work, transforming your outdoor space with precision and care. We adhere to industry best practices and safety standards, ensuring every detail is executed to perfection.

Our team maintains open communication throughout the construction phase, keeping you informed of progress and addressing any concerns.

5. QUALITY ASSURANCE

Once the project is completed, we will conduct a final walkthrough with you to showcase the finished work and ensure it meets your expectations. We provide maintenance tips and answer any questions you may have, ensuring you enjoy your new outdoor space for years to come!
